What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field incoming calls from members needing emergency roadside assistance, including services such as towing and locksmith support
- Ensure member safety by understanding their distress and documenting details accurately
- Maintain composure and empathy during high-intensity calls
- Relay essential information to dispatch teams to expedite service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient operation of Emergency Roadside Service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-volume call environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and a strong desire to assist individuals in distress
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
