What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
- Understand the nature of the member's distress and ensure their immediate safety
- Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls
- Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite dispatching process
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience, Call Center experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-volume call environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and desire to help those in distress
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
- Experience in a remote work setting
