What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
- Understand the nature of the member’s distress, ensuring their immediate safety, and document details accurately
- Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
- Relay critical information to internal and external teams for dispatching process
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience; Call Center experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
