What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
- Understand the nature of the member's distress and ensure their immediate safety
- Document details promptly and accurately
- Relay critical information to internal and external teams for dispatching
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress
- Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
