      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, including towing, locksmith services, fuel delivery, and minor mechanical issues
      - Assess the nature of the member's distress, ensuring their immediate safety while documenting details accurately
      - Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls
      - Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of Emergency Roadside Service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
      - Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a high-volume call environment
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

      - Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously and navigate multiple systems
      - Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
