What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in compassionate conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Provide stellar customer service by assisting pet families with their inquiries
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a remote setting
- Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments
- Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards consistently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- Must have a wired Ethernet connection; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
- Ability to quickly learn software and tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Zoom
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must be punctual and present for the entire duration of shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or minimal peer interaction roles
- Familiarity with customer relationship management software
