What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments

- Previous experience in a work-from-home setting or minimal peer interaction environment
- High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
- Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the beginning of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Care Coordinator or in a similar role
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and practices
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to handle emotional conversations with empathy and professionalism
