What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally for multiple locations
- Schedule and confirm appointments for daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, availability, and policies
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the booking system
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and empathy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Flexible availability to work 40 hours Monday-Sunday 7am-7pm CST
- Prior experience in a call center, receptionist, or customer service role required
- Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills
- Confidence in discussing pet boarding and daycare requirements, managing vaccination records, and upselling services
- Genuine love for animals and understanding of pet care services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred, but not required
