What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers and potential owners via telephone to sell preview package sales/tours
- Verify eligibility requirements for scheduling tours at HVC properties
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
- Explain details and requirements related to attending sales presentations
- Check availability of accommodations and assist in finding alternative dates or options

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Background and drug screening may be required based on company policy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or sales environment
- Knowledge of vacation ownership or hospitality industry
