      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns in a satisfactory manner
      - Schedule, re-schedule, and cancel patient appointments following established protocols
      - Collect and accurately enter patient demographic and insurance information
      - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality of account information
      - Escalate issues to management and assist with various projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of one year of previous call center or customer service experience
      - Basic healthcare knowledge preferred
      - Experience in a medical setting with knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred
      - Proficient in Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
      - Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
      - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
