      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
      - Experience in solving customer problems and educating them on products/services
      - Knowledge of various computer software and ability to navigate multiple systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of banking and financial services
      - Ability to live within 90 miles of Idaho Falls, Pocatello, and Twin Falls
      - Previous experience in a customer service role
