      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide consistent, quality customer service to internal staff and external patients
      - Manage incoming calls by taking ownership and enhancing the customer experience
      - Schedule appointments and electronically transmit messages to the clinical team
      - Answer questions regarding medication refills and other patient inquiries
      - Maintain confidentiality while demonstrating proficient data entry skills and knowledge of insurance billing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Associate's Degree required
      - Experience in a Call Center or busy phone system
      - Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal communication skills
      - Proven ability to multitask and possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with electronic appointment scheduling
      - Familiarity with healthcare-related services and terminology
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
