What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide consistent and high-quality customer service to both internal staff and external patients
- Manage incoming calls effectively, taking ownership to enhance customer experience
- Schedule appointments and transmit messages to the clinical team electronically
- Address patient inquiries regarding medication refills and other requests
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate proficient data entry skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with at least 1 year of experience
- Experience in a call center or similar busy phone system
- Proficient in electronic appointment scheduling
- Strong customer service experience and excellent verbal communication skills
