      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality customer service to both internal staff and external patients through effective call management
      - Schedule appointments and electronically transmit messages to the clinical team based on patient requests
      - Answer questions regarding medication refills and other inquiries, ensuring a positive experience
      - Demonstrate proficient data entry skills and maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
      - Perform other duties as assigned while striving to improve job-specific competencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant Certification with at least 1 year of experience
      - Prior experience in a call center or busy phone system
      - Familiarity with electronic appointment scheduling
      - Strong customer service experience and excellent verbal communication skills
