      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 1-2 years of call center experience
      - Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 words per minute
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on grammar and clarity
      - Dependable with a history of good attendance and punctuality
