      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage large volumes of incoming calls while identifying customer needs
      - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
      - High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with outbound calling and sales/upselling
      - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish
      - Strong data entry and computer skills
      - Analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively
