What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily operations of the call center staff and review employee performance
- Ensure professional, accurate, and prompt handling of all calls in line with company standards
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff, maintaining training materials and procedures
- Monitor calls for quality assurance and provide feedback for performance improvement
- Create and deliver reports and presentations for program leadership and partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual speaking abilities in Spanish and English preferred
- Exceptional supervisory, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new requirements and expectations
- Proficient in using various technology platforms (Zoom, MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Google Suite)
- Commitment to mission-driven, equity-minded work with a desire to impact lives positively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong understanding of higher education systems and community services
- Knowledge of program management and performance reporting
