      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure daily performance metrics are met or exceeded, focusing on quality, service level, and schedule adherence
      - Spend 80% of your day coaching and educating agents to enhance their performance
      - Foster an environment that emphasizes fun, enthusiasm, and accountability
      - Take initiative in creating performance improvement plans and administering coaching or disciplinary actions as necessary
      - Handle performance discussions with both internal teams and clients, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or equivalent work experience
      - Proven ability to work under pressure while planning and meeting deadlines
      - Strong organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills consistent with North American business standards
      - Must have a typing speed of 25 words per minute and a solid attendance history

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in healthcare, nursing, and/or sales is preferred
      - Experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills
      - Skills in process excellence, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
