      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Compile staff schedules and manage time-off requests while arranging coverage as needed
      - Measure performance metrics such as call abandonment and calls waiting
      - Train and mentor staff to help them achieve professional development goals
      - Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct performance reviews
      - Anticipate escalations and manage calls when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
      - Proven experience as a call center supervisor or similar supervisory position
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Working knowledge of MS Office and relevant computer programs
      - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience with heavy-duty commercial truck parts
      - OEM dealer experience preferred
      - Knowledge of commercial truck supplies, equipment, and mechanical parts highly desired
      - Experience in a call center or customer service environment
      - Strong data entry and typing skills
