      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training
      - Train new and existing employees on client projects, focusing on confidentiality and security
      - Develop non-classroom communication and training materials
      - Assess individual and class performance to ensure effectiveness
      - Participate in client interactions, providing feedback on curriculum and conducting visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of call center supervisory or training experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
      - Six months of previous customer service experience
      - Strong organizational, administrative, leadership, and time management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or equivalent work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior training curriculum development (instructional design) experience
      - Enthusiasm and comfort speaking in front of large groups
      - Proven experience in problem-solving and overcoming unexpected difficulties
      - Availability to work various shifts based on business needs
