      About the position:

      We are seeking an organized and efficient Call Processing Analyst to join our Call Processing Team. As an Analyst you will listen to recorded external and internal marketing calls held between our talent members and our clients. With the help of AI tools, you will identify assignments each person needs to complete to meet deadlines and keep everyone on top of their tasks through assignments given on Asana and through Slack.

      Responsibilities:
      • Listen to call recordings and extract all relevant action items, decisions, and next steps.
      • Assign action items to the appropriate team members using Asana and other internal tools.
      • Write accurate, well-organized call summaries using Google Docs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
      • Maintain and organize call documentation using Google Drive and Sheets.
      • Collaborate with the team lead to flag unclear, unassigned, or incomplete follow-ups.
      • Be able to navigate platforms and share information and assignments quickly and efficiently


      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a marketing or business setting

      • Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail
      • Strong written and spoken English communication; summaries must be client-ready
      • Proficiency using AI tools like ChatGPT and the ability to check it for accuracy
      • Comfortable working in a remote setting with autonomy and accountability
      • Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
      • Attention of detail

      • Clear understanding of marketing principles and strategies


      Desired Skills:
      • Proficiency in task assignment tools like Asana
      • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, Call Recording platforms such as Zoom, Grain, Gong etc.
      • Experience working in a marketing agency or a role with exposure to business and marketing functions.
        • Familiarity with basic marketing strategy terms (eg. campaign flows, CAC, LTV, A/B testing, etc.)
      • Understanding of project workflows, team roles, and operational handoffs.


      Work Schedule
      • Work schedule: Average of 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday with flexibility to adjust down based on work volume and business needs, starting at 8:30am MST
      • Work should be executed in a continuous block of hours with reasonable breaks for meals etc. This is not a freelance position with self-determined work hours.
