What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-quality customer service by answering calls on a multi-line telephone system in a professional manner
- Utilize the EPIC system to register new patients and accurately schedule appointments
- Record minutes for meetings and assist the Chief Financial Officer with administrative tasks
- Increase patient communication through the Care Message platform and run relevant reports
- Support the front desk staff and assist the Referral Coordinator with Behavioral Health Authorizations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong English communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work positively with a wide range of people and take direction
- Ability to work successfully with indirect supervision
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of experience in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, EPIC EMR, and Care Message preferred
