      In a nutshell

      The Campaign & Media Management Executive will be responsible for the delivery of supplier funded marketing campaigns across the Sainsbury’s and third-party portfolio, specifically aligned to the New Business clients (less established brands that require attention to detail and additional support). Positioned within the Nectar360 Campaign & Media Management team; core responsibilities will include driving product efficiencies and executing media plans in line with campaign objectives and timings. The Campaign & Media Management Executive will work with numerous internal and external stakeholders including Nectar360 Client Services, external clients, and third-party agencies to deliver campaigns efficiently and effectively.

      What you need to do

      • End to end media management, providing exemplary client service and effectively managing campaign implementation, deadlines, artwork and legal sign-off to ensure all campaigns are delivered in a timely and efficient way.
      • Overseeing a media channel and owning the process to deliver product efficiencies and ways of working improvements, as well as actioning day-to-day administrative tasks.
      • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with numerous stakeholders across internal teams, third-party teams, and clients.
      • Participation in cross functional review meetings to ensure both customer targeting and branded artwork is fit for purpose.
      • Being comfortable managing ambiguity and showing examples of problem solving, project management and resilience.

      What you need to know and show

      • 1 year of client-related marketing experience, ideally in retail or FMCG (preferable)
      • Experience in delivering either customer and store targeted communication channels
      • Evidence of commercial prowess in previous roles
      • Excellent organisational, project management, communication skills, customer service and great attention to detail
      • Self-motivated, high energy and a positive team member
      • Being comfortable with problem solving and complex administrative tasks
