      What you’ll be doing

      Reporting to the Senior Manager , Digital Agile Sales, you will facilitate the co-creation of end-to-end Digital client experiences with our Partners. As a savvy digital marketer, you will lead group discovery sessions turning ideas and objectives from various lines of businesses into personalized digital direct marketing experiences on mobile and online platforms , leveraging capabilities such as A/B testing . You will prioritize collaboration and take an iterative approach to execut ing campaigns using agile practices (standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, campaign retro s ). As a lead, you will project manage multiple campaigns through a cross- functional team from content creation and development to testing, leveraging workflow management tools (JIRA) . You will manage stakeholder expectations and act as the key point of contact between lines of business , product owners, marcom, data part n ers and development teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

      How you’ll succeed

      • Relationship building: Work closely and collaboratively with Marketing Communications , Lines of Business Partners, Data teams and Digital Sales & Strategy teams to lead the planning and execution of Digital Marketing campaigns.
      • Digital Marketing Experience: Understand and pull from Digital Marketing best practices to develop the best client experiences possible, while ensure marketing campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Campaign and Project Management: Work with cross functional teams to design, build and test marketing campaigns through to launch, with great attention to detail and open communication, leveraging JIRA as a workflow management tool.
      • Reporting, Campaign Optimizations & Digital Firsts: Analyze reports and dashboards to provide timely recommendations to improve overall digital performance for assigned initiatives based on pre-defined digital marketing KPIs. Understand and implement optimization opportunities for in-market campaigns. Support the Senior Manager, Agile Digital Sales to manage assigned “test & learn” initiatives and pilot projects. Aggregate and share insights from all digital marketing initiatives.
