      Job Title: Campaign Project Manager and Creative

      Role Summary:

      Drive & lead projects for Sales Initiatives
      • Collaborate with large cross-functional teams to build Sales campaigns to drive bookings, pipeline & adoption
      • Track and drive progress against project goals and communicate status updates to relevant
      • Direct programs at both the strategic and tactical levels, solving problems, providing guidance, and delving into program details as needed
      • Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

      Write campaign creative that cuts through the clutter by focusing on the customer
      • Be Creative! Design eye catching customer interactions
      • Build external prospecting emails, LinkedIn connect messages, blogs & more!
      • Draft internal enablement to ensure customer material is delivered thoughtfully
      Tell a story with relevant messaging showcasing how Splunk can help & benchmarks
      • Leverage quantitative & qualitative feedback to up level content
      • Create a cohesive experience for the customer with connected interaction moments
      • Be inclusive of seller feedback, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and data analysis to unlock potential & prosperity for all
      Must-have Qualifications
      • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
      • Bias for Action. You enjoy juggling multiple projects & are prone to taking action quickly
      • Positive. You charge not only your own batteries with positivity but others as well
      Nice-to-have Requirements

      • Extreme ownership & attention to detail
      • Knowledgeable of the customer buying process and experience deploying the core concepts of Land, Expand, Adopt, and Renew to drive revenue at previous organizations.
      • Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, demonstrating a proactive approach to acquiring knowledge about products, industry, and customer needs.
      • Coachable demeanor; willing to learn and implement new sales techniques.
      Note:

      OTE Pay Range

      SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

      Base Pay Range: $132,000.00 - $181,500.00 per year

      California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

      Base Pay Range: $118,800.00 - $163,350.00 per year

      All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

      Base Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $145,200.00 per year

      Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the On Target Earnings (OTE) range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the OTE pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to OTE, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
