What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic university recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Attend career fairs, information sessions, and other on-campus events to promote job opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key university partners, career centers, and student organizations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for internships and entry-level positions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of university recruiter experience or similar role
- Ability to occasionally travel
- Knowledge of campus recruitment strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Ability to build relationships with university career centers and student organizations

- Experience utilizing digital tools to engage with students and recent graduates
