- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including marketing various positions, creating, and updating marketing materials, communication with candidates, assessments, offer management and negotiation, and facilitating the interview and onboarding process.
- Organize and participate in in-person and virtual recruitment events, including career fairs, campus events, informational panels, and networking opportunities.
- Create engaging presentations using advanced presentation software for recruitment events.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels and build a pipeline of candidates for critical high-volume roles
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and feedback throughout recruitment.
- Promote and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
- Develop networks to source and attract diverse candidates through relationship-building activities with diversity organizations, university career centers and student groups, community agencies, and associations.
- Organize and assist with interviews, assessments, and screenings, including interview scheduling, systems updates, and reporting initiatives.
- Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment.
- Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Human Resources preferred
- Strong knowledge of organizational structure and complexity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Attentive to details and deadlines
- Proven teamwork capabilities
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work environments\
- Advanced skills in presentation software (PowerPoint) and data management tools (excel) are preferred.

Salary Range: 64,800.00 - 95,000.00

Overview/Purpose:
Responsible for identifying top-tier talent for Campus Programs and executing end-to-end high-volume recruitment for Scotiabank’s Global Banking & Markets businesses and support functions in the United States. The role primary responsibility it to attract interns and analysts from a wide range of backgrounds to build a diverse pipeline of future leaders.
