Campus Recruiting Specialist, MidKey Role:
Maintain responsibility for driving campus recruiting activities to support firm-wide business priorities. Assist with managing and directing full life cycle recruiting and onboarding for campus hires from select colleges and universities. Develop excellent relationships with colleges and universities through career services offices, faculty, and administration and student bodies to promote the firm's brand and find diverse ways to attract candidates. Manage stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout the recruitment life cycle to establish compliance, consistency, and quality. Assess business needs and talent markets while developing and executing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools that support business objectives. Build long-term, value-added relationships with prospects, including managing candidate communities, providing meaningful experiences during the identification and attraction processes, and maintaining relationships with candidates not selected. This position requires travel up to 30% of the time for campus visits. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
