      Your Role and Responsibilities

      Role: This role is responsible for building relationships with campus contacts and supporting digital events aimed at increasing the pool of skilled applicants, with a focus on diversity.

      Role and Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the single point of contact for focus schools and career services, educating them on available roles and managing event bookings.
      • Act as the main contact for all events, working closely with D&I leadership, Domain Recruiting Leads, and Entry-Level Sourcers to align events with diversity and inclusion goals.
      • Coordinate and support diversity-focused digital events in alignment with D&I expectations.
      • Collaborate with sourcing teams, Entry-Level Managers, and Domain Leads to organize IBM ambassadors, develop content, and create agendas for branding and conversion-focused digital events.
      • Oversee the Brazen event platform, setting up logistics for campus and conference events.
      • Ensure event tracking through source codes to measure ROI and effectiveness.

      Required Technical and Professional Expertise

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with career services and professors, educating them about IBM’s roles and diversity initiatives.
      • Plan and communicate logistical details for digital events to all relevant stakeholders.
      • Understand and support domain-specific school strategies to drive IBM’s skill-led go-to-market approach.
      • Manage the Handshake platform, including vendor enablement and event coordination.
      • Communicate event requirements and needs to Source and Domain Recruiting Leads to ensure successful execution.

      Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

      • Ability to manage workload to meet requirements.
      • Experience in conducting screening interviews and applying a wide range of selection techniques.
      • Ability to take a consultative approach with both the candidate and the hiring manager in providing advice and counsel
