      Campus Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator

      As a Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiting Coordinator at Millennium, your main responsibility is to partner with our internal campus recruiting team to ensure an outstanding recruiting experience for our candidates and hiring managers. Acting as a partner to the Recruiters, you'll maintain clear lines of communication with the recruiting team, hiring managers and candidates. Day-to-day this means coordinating all candidates’ interviews and logistics, leading the candidate onboarding process, and participating in team projects.

      Principal Responsibilities

      • Work with internal campus recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to schedule interviews with candidates
      • Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
      • Track candidates and move them through the recruitment process; produce reports for recruiters to use for weekly team updates
      • Schedule and facilitate candidate feedback sessions
      • Manage candidate onboarding including offer letter creation and confirming start date
      • Partner with the team to design the summer internship program
      • Ad hoc projects and requests to support recruiting processes

      Qualifications/Skills Required

      • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
      • 0 - 2 years of professional HR work experience; preferably within financial services
      • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levels
      • Able to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, high pressure, constantly evolving environment
      • Proficient to advanced computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
      • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus

      Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $100,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
