Job Description

- Contract Duration: 4+ Months
- Pay rate up to $60/hr
- Reporting to the Manager of Learning, the Technical Writer is responsible for the design and creation of documentation for technical and non-technical audiences (including procedures, user manuals, technical training materials and job aids where appropriate).
- They will ensure that documentation is consistent, professional, and technically accurate.
- The Procedure Writer will work closely with internal partners and business Subject Matter Experts to research and verify content.
- They will also collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives for documentation deliverables and processes, as well as various other administrative tasks such as planning and scheduling.
