      Candidate Coordinator - Talent Acquisition

      Salary - Competitve

      Fixed Term Contract ending 30th June

      Weekly Hours – 37.5

      Location - flexible including home based

      What you’ll be doing...

      We’re looking for a dynamic administrator to support the Talent Acquisition Team who are responsible for delivering the operational service across the Charity. As a candidate coordinator you will be key in ensuring that our candidates experience a seamless service throughout their interview process. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the line managers who require candidates booked in for interviews. You’ll play a key role with responsibility for diary management, interview scheduling, liaising with key stakeholders and most importantly our candidates, keeping everyone informed and updated along the way.

      Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

      • Working with Line Managers to secure interview availability and feedback and wash-up sessions where required.

      • Speaking with candidates who are shortlisted and arranging interviews with the hiring manager, ensuring interviews are booked in diaries with confirmation emails to both the Talent Acquisition Manager and the candidates.

      • Keeping a log of interviews and candidates that are confirmed for weekly updates with both the Line Manager and the Talent Acquisition Manager.

      • Using our ATS system Workday to move candidates along in the process as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

      What we’d be looking for from you...

      To successfully perform the role, you’ll bring experience in an administrator / coordinator role.

      Other key skills we are looking for include:

      • Strong MS office skills particularly in Excel, Outlook and Word

      • Ability to learn new database systems quickly and accurately

      • Professional and confident with excellent communication skills

      • Ability to prioritise and deal with varied workload under the pressure of multiple deadlines
