      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute targeted sales strategies to drive capital equipment sales aligned with national revenue and margin goals
      - Identify and develop new business opportunities while deepening relationships with existing customers
      - Prepare and present persuasive proposals and business reviews, ensuring alignment with pricing programs and promotional offers
      - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and post-sale support
      - Share customer insights and competitive intelligence with sales leadership to inform strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility in professional experience, with a proven track record in sales
      - At least 1 year of management experience
      - Strong competency in sales with a deep understanding of capital equipment and technologies
      - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; skilled at building relationships across all levels
      - Willingness to travel at least 50-70% (within state and out of state of residency)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
      - Master’s degree or international equivalent is a plus
      - Strong leadership and team development capabilities
      - Technically proficient with expertise in relevant tools and industry-specific knowledge
