      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and sell the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area to achieve significant sales targets
      - Pursue sales leads and assess customer needs to suggest appropriate products and services
      - Identify and contact prospective customers in partnership with Field Sales Consultants
      - Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor sales activities to meet objectives
      - Create proposals, RFPs, and business reviews with key customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7-10 years of medical sales experience
      - Strong management and leadership skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret and deliver data
      - Ability to cultivate and develop lasting internal and external customer relations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master's degree or global equivalent is a plus
      - Experience in coaching and mentoring sales representatives
      - Strong negotiating skills and ability to manage outsourced relationships
      - Proven ability to influence and build relationships within complex organizational structures
      - Experience in project management and successful planning skills
