What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multifunctional project teams consisting of plant and maintenance personnel, product line teams, and contractors
- Develop and manage mid-sized to large capital projects, including scope development and cost estimates
- Execute and manage all aspects of approved capital projects, including engineering design and procurement
- Coordinate activities with all functional groups including Plant Operations, HS&E, Procurement, Finance, and Maintenance Departments
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and project specifics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Engineering with a minimum of 3+ years of capex project management/engineering experience
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and controls design and construction projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management techniques
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with SAP MM and PS modules
- Experience developing contractor work packages and managing contracts
- Solid working knowledge of process operations
- Experience in leading a multi-functional project team
- Knowledge of applicable OSHA standards and Regulatory Compliance
