What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multifunctional project teams, including plant personnel, product line teams, and contractors
- Develop and manage mid-sized to large capital projects from conceptual scope to completion
- Create detailed project studies, including comprehensive project scope documents and cost estimates
- Execute and manage all aspects of approved capital projects, including engineering design and procurement
- Provide operator training and maintain project documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of capital project management/engineering experience
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and controls design and construction projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management techniques
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite; SAP MM and PS module experience is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading multi-functional project teams
- Knowledge of applicable OSHA standards, regulatory compliance, and building code requirements
- Solid working knowledge of process operations
- Ability to develop contractor work packages and manage contracts
