      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and execute all CCN2 Capture efforts, identifying and evaluating business opportunities
      - Gather and assess customer requirements to develop winning strategies
      - Support proposal development by providing essential capture documentation and participating in reviews
      - Conduct requirement and competitive analyses, and develop capture management plans
      - Analyze post-award feedback to improve the capture process and contribute to sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a US citizen
      - Secret security clearance required
      - Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technical discipline; Master’s degree preferred
      - 5-10 years of experience in business development and management within C5ISR markets
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and capture/customer relationship tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with technical and management services delivery in defense contracting
      - Familiarity with operational CCN2 systems across military branches
      - Proven track record in managing major proposals and customer relationships
      - Strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
      - Ability to adapt in fast-paced, changing environments
