What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with car collectors and clients, providing expert advice and expertise
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on buying and selling collector cars
- Generate new clients through cold calling and attending collector car events
- Drive revenues through consigning and selling cars via auctions and private sales
- Inspect cars in person on behalf of clients
- Work closely with the Research & Editorial team to accurately describe cars consigned for sale
- Travel regularly to visit clients and attend automotive events
- Assist with consignment processes and liaise with support teams
- Oversee photography and cataloging for individual consignments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in automotive sales, collection management, vintage racing, or similar with deep knowledge of collector cars
- Positive team player with a focus on collaboration and client satisfaction
- Strong track record of sales and client relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver under time pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
