What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve cardmember inquiries regarding fraud or security-related concerns, including verifying flagged transactions and caller authentication
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues effectively
- Handle inbound servicing calls and complete necessary fraud verification
- Collect information and complete fraud reports for unauthorized account activity
- Make outbound calls to verify account activity with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Proficiency in operating office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fraud prevention or financial services environment
- Familiarity with risk management practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
