What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support field sales in the cardiac operating room and related departments
- Train surgical and OR staff in the use of company devices
- Provide guidance and support for physicians during live surgical procedures
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and professional education teams
- Conduct meetings with surgeons and support staff to discuss AtriCure technology

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in an Operating Room, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab or Catheterization lab preferred
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels
- Willingness to travel 30-40% dependent upon territory
- Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Experience with industry-specific devices or procedures
