What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a primary resource for clinical support, troubleshooting, and patient follow-up for cardiac devices
- Participate in training and onboarding of new cardiac device specialists
- Assist with directing daily workflow and participate in quality and safety initiatives
- Perform remote and in-office pacemaker/AICD checks using approved vendor websites and programmers
- Educate patients about device function and clinic follow-up

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Completion of one of the following certifications within six months of hire: PrepMD certificate, Arrhythmia Technologies Institute certificate, Equivalent diploma for Cardiac Rhythm Management, International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE), Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS), Certified Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS), or Cardiac Device Remote Monitoring Specialist (CDRMS)
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider Certification
- Minimum of six months of clinical training or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and certification
