What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
- Perform checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants post sign-off
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
- Manage consignment inventory and assist with daily coverage logistics as needed
- Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales/service in a cardiac device company; or an Associate degree with 6 years of experience; or a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications, including SalesForce.com
- Experience in coordinating and participating in numerous tasks/projects effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines
