      Team Lead

      Louisville Cardiology

      St. Matthews area

      Full Time/First Shift

      Primary Responsibilities Include:

      • Managing the daily operations of the front office of a BHMG medical practice.

      • Position will oversee and train the front office and scheduling staff.

      • Act as a liaison between the hospital and providers for scheduling colonoscopies.

      • Promote, develop and initiate processes to obtain patient satisfaction scores above or at BHMG benchmarks.

      • Work with Practice Manager for better workflows and overseeing some responsibilities when practice manager is out of the office.

      • Must have a thorough knowledge of screening, pre-certification, pre-auths and scheduling cases with the hospital.

      • The role will require good sense of judgement and critical thinking skills and will require interaction with the clinic staff, providers as well as hospital Primary departments.

      Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required:

      • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

      • At least one to five years’ experience in the medical field

      • Working knowledge of computers with proficient understanding of multiple business applications (word processing, spreadsheet, reporting and presentation)

      • Demonstrated ability and experience to interact with all levels of a physician practice and network to include, clerical, professional, management and medical staff
