What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer support calls and collaborate with team members and internal software development groups to identify and resolve issues
- Diagnose software and hardware malfunctions, troubleshooting network problems related to the system
- Provide remote systems administration and software support to customer sites
- Perform proactive system maintenance checks to ensure optimal functionality
- Maintain a highly professional and customer-centric focus while seeking to deepen customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support environment
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Intermediate level of proficiency in TCP/IP networking and routing
- Ability to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST and participate in on-call duty on a rotational basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Computer Technology
- Experience supporting hospital enterprise systems
- Knowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards
