What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and compliance guidelines
- Promote and educate targeted physicians and healthcare professionals on the product portfolio through meetings and presentations
- Work in the field five days a week, with time allocated for planning and follow-up
- Execute company-approved marketing plans and business activities to meet sales expectations
- Accurately report sales activities, expenses, and provide timely feedback to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 2 years of current related pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics sales experience
- Ability to learn and apply medical and scientific information to enhance product utilization
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proven record of sales success in previous positions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cardiovascular sales
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Solid motivational and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel, including overnight stays, as required
