- New Mexico Heart Institute has over 30 years of diagnostic, interventional and preventive cardiovascular expertise. Our team of over 50 providers use state-of-the-art technology, offering the latest treatment options for all types of heart and vascular conditions.
- Perform technical and patient care functions during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiovascular and Electrophysiology labs.
- Monitor and maintain equipment.
- May serve in the role of charge or lead.
- Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Associates degree in either nursing or radiology, or a graduate of an allied health accredited program including; EMTs or Paramedics.
- Radiologic Technologist Certificate (RT), EMT or Paramedic
- BLS
- One (1) year of previous job related experience. Clinical educational experience may be substituted for work experience.
- Advanced credentialing in cardiovascular and electrophysiology is strongly recommended. RCIS, RCES, RCVT, ARRT(RT(R)), CV, CI, or VI
