What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct live clinical assessments and provide treatment via a virtual care platform during overnight hours
- Attend to medical needs of in-house surgical patients at West End Ortho Hospital
- Respond to nursing inquiries and medical emergencies, collaborating with physicians as necessary
- Answer after-hours calls from Concierge Medicine Primary Care Practice patients, providing guidance and escalating care as needed
- Support hospitalist services by responding to floor calls and documenting interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Medical Physician Assistant with a current license in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
- At least 1 year of experience working as an Advanced Practitioner
- Proficiency in basic technology and troubleshooting audio/video connections
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt to new processes and changes in a dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in virtual care or telemedicine settings
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong customer service background in healthcare settings
- Additional certifications relevant to Advanced Practice roles
