What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide care coordination and support services to assigned youth
- Assess the needs and strengths of assigned youth and participate in mobile crisis assessments
- Complete Crisis Prevention Plans and Crisis Safety Plans with youth and their families
- Link families with appropriate services and monitor their progress
- Maintain regular contact with an active caseload and complete required documentation accurately and timely

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in counseling and guidance, social work, psychology, or a related human service field
- 2 years of documented clinical experience in a mental health setting under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- Valid driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a recovery support specialist or family partnership professional
- Experience in a behavioral health technician or psychiatric training certification program
- Additional qualifications as a Qualified Mental Health Professional or above
