  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead and manage a team of Care Coordinators responsible for outbound contact follow-up services
  - Oversee planning, coordination, and monitoring of outbound service activities to ensure efficient workflows
  - Ensure exceptional customer service by tracking performance metrics and enhancing call handling quality
  - Support staffing lifecycle activities, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
  - Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and uphold organizational policies and performance expectations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of call center supervisory experience
  - Strong customer service skills and knowledge of call center operations
  - Understanding of military lifestyle and culture
  - Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms
  - Must be a U.S. citizen and able to maintain suitability investigation and clearance as required
