What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate data within care management systems
- Analyze current care management processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and propose solutions to enhance care management processes, including workflows and system configurations
- Assist in implementing care management solutions in collaboration with the Director of Care Management and Nurse Care Manager Educator
- Develop and maintain reports, audit tools, and dashboards to monitor care management performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA/AS degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business/data analysis, preferably in care management or a related area
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field preferred
- Experience with eCW and/or Curitics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, or Trello
- Problem-solving orientation with eagerness to identify process gaps and implement solutions
